How do I track shipment of an order?
We use USPS & UPS exclusively for shipping in US and outside US. All orders are processed from the factory. If you would like to track delivery of your order, please check your email for the tracking number. When inquiring about an order, please include the name of the person the items you ordered. In addition, please include your order confirmation number so we may help you track your order as soon as possible. Are all of your products DVD-R or commercial pressed DVD?
Not all our products are commercially pressed DVD. Some of our products are released on DVD-R due to the limited quantity we have ordered. But rest assured that all DVD-Rs products purchased at Paulinproductions.com will come in a retail package, with custom full color cover art. The title of the film will be printed on the face of the disc. They look exactly like the commercially pressed DVD and there is no difference in term of quality and playback issues.
All other products that are not produced by us, are commercially pressed DVDs and we do not sell bootleg.
What is the difference between DVD and DVD-R?
DVD stands for Digital Versatile/Video Disc, DVDR stands for DVD Recordable. If you're familiar with regular audio/music CDs or regular DVD-Video discs, then you will know what a recordable DVD-R looks like. A recordable DVD-R stores up to 2 hours of very good quality DVD-Video, including subtitles, chapter breaks, and extra features that can be played by many standalone DVD Players and most computer DVD-ROMs. We ask that you check the compatibility of your player before buying DVD-R products from us.
How do you ship products? What are the shipping rates?
paulinproductions.com ships products in North America via USPS and UPS only for guaranteed delivery! Only US Resident. There is a flat rate of $5.00 for all items orders mailed within the US.
We also ship worldwide and upon checking out, the shipping fee for your particular destination will be displayed before you pay for the order.
What is your policy on returning merchandise?
Items purchased at Paulin Productions are non refundable. However, we do offer replacement products in exchange for damaged or defective items. Please send an email or write us directly if you have a product to return.
